What is Data Orbit?

Data Orbit is the software solution to securely connect your systems. It is suitable for all use cases where systems need to communicate but cannot or should not be directly connected (e.g., no VPN). Connect your highly secured target systems without opening ports from outside. Transfer small to very large amounts of data from any number of machines, devices, sensors, measurement instruments, and concentrators to your server-based applications, no matter where they are located — even behind a firewall.

Industry

Data Orbit enables the receiving and sending of data for industrial systems, such as data from sensors or control data (e.g., OPC). With our solution, systems can communicate securely and indirectly with each other.

Energy measurement & control

The continuous data stream from infrastructure measuring devices to control and billing systems is ensured.

Medical

Medical sensors on patients, whether at home, in the hospital, or on the go, can be securely integrated via Data Orbit. The hospital accesses this data for further processing (evaluation, monitoring, etc.). Additionally, medical devices can be monitored by the manufacturer based on this technology.

Data from sensors is transmitted to central control systems via Data Orbit to optimize, monitor, and evaluate processes in real-time. The application areas are very diverse: traffic management, environmental monitoring, waste disposal, lighting control.
